Checkline 3000PRO-FN35 Coating Thickness Gauge with Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Probe, 180 mils

Price: $ 2,390.00

Checkline 3000PRO Coating Thickness Gauge
Warranty: One Year

The new Check-Line 3000PRO Series coating thickness gauge is a multifunctional fully menu driven gauge for fast, professional and precise coating thickness measurement for:

  • paint andelectroplated coatings on iron and steel
  • paint and anodizing coatings on non-ferrous metals and on austenitic stainless steels
The user will select the model best suited for their application. All the probes are interchangeable and their internal calibration is stored within a small microchip inside the probe connector housing. This provides for quick and easy hot-swapping from one probe to any other in seconds.

Six (6) different models are offered for a wide variety of applications.

Calibration methods
  • Factory calibration: no calibration required for standard applications
  • Zeroing (1-point calibration): measurements on small geometries
  • Zeroing and foil calibration (2-point calibration): increased measuring accuracy
  • Two-foil calibration: especially for rough, sand-blasted surfaces
  • CTC: calibration on coated object if zeroing is not possible
  • Zero offset: addition/subtraction of a constant value to/from the reading
  • Limit valuesSelectable; optical and acoustic signal if limit value is exceeded
